The Mario Kart series totals fourteen games, with six on home consoles, three on handheld consoles, four arcade games co-developed with Namco, and one for mobile phones. The series was launched in 1992 with Super Mario Kart on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, to critical and commercial success. It features characters and courses from the Mario series as well as other gaming franchises such as The Legend of Zelda, Animal Crossing, F-Zero, and Splatoon. The player must defeat all enemies in a wave to move on to the next phase. These enemies can be defeated by jumping and hitting the floor below them and then kicking them away. The game has endless waves of enemies that come out of pipes such as Shellcreeper. only has one stage through out the entire game. Strange creatures are appearing in waves, and they must stop them and collect coins to receive their pay. Two plumbers, Mario and Luigi work in the sewers. Either way, this is one underground classic you will want to play time and time again. But beware! Just when you think you got rid of them, they come back for more! Play alone or with a friend. Crabs, turtles, and fighter flies must be cleared out by jumping underneath the platform they step on and then kicking them away. Help the two brothers clear stages by collecting coins and avoiding getting hit by enemies.
